Describe the issue, your iPhone model, the iOS version and the version of HeyArgo you are using. Do not send passwords, access codes, private keys, health documents or payment data.
Account deletion
Open Account > Delete account in the app. To protect your account, HeyArgo will ask you to authenticate again with the same Apple Account used to sign in.
If the process completes successfully:
- the Sign in with Apple authorization is revoked;
- the Firebase Authentication user is deleted;
- the profile, photo, pet profile, your weight, walks, reminders, notifications, linked events, diary, health folder, attached documents and favorite veterinarians are removed from the device;
- local preferences and free quotas are reset.
If the Apple revocation fails, deletion stops and the account stays active. Try again with an available connection; if the problem persists, contact support.
App Store subscription
Deleting your account or removing the app does not automatically cancel HeyArgo Premium. The subscription must be managed separately from your Apple Account settings.
