Describe the issue, your iPhone model, the iOS version and the version of HeyArgo you are using. Do not send passwords, access codes, private keys, health documents or payment data.

Breed recognition

The Premium What breed is it? feature accepts a photo taken on the spot or selected from your library. For a better result, frame one dog or cat from the front, in good light and without objects covering its face or body.

On a compatible iPhone, Apple Intelligence interprets the labels detected by Vision; otherwise a basic result may be shown. The estimate is not a pedigree or genetic test. The feature does not save the photo.

Argo Play

The mini-games are included with HeyArgo Premium. In Paw Hunt, move the dog or cat with your finger, collect paws and toys, and avoid chocolate and onion. A game lasts 45 seconds or ends when you lose all three lives.

In Bubble Catch, tap paws and stars before they float away and avoid muddy bubbles: they cost one life. In Park Jump, tap the screen to jump over logs and puddles, collect stars and protect all three lives during a 45-second run.

Learn by Playing includes breed cards, pet memory, emotions, safe foods, puzzles and translators that help you understand dogs and cats.

All games use the active pet's species. Best scores are linked to each pet and, when you are signed in and iCloud is enabled, synced through your private CloudKit database. They are not sent to Firebase or published for other users.

Account deletion

Open Account > Delete account in the app. To protect your account, HeyArgo will ask you to authenticate again with the same Apple Account used to sign in.

If the process completes successfully:

• the Sign in with Apple authorization is revoked;
• the Firebase Authentication user is deleted;
• the profile, photo, the profiles of all pets, your weight, walks, reminders, notifications, linked events, diary, health folder, attached documents, favorite veterinarians and Argo Play best scores are removed from the device;
• local preferences and free quotas are reset.

If the Apple revocation fails, deletion stops and the account stays active. Try again with an available connection; if the problem persists, contact support.
